Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Go to bax.bacpacai.com and click “Sign in with Google.” Your account is created automatically — no forms, no passwords.
What happens after I sign in for the first time?
You’ll see a quick onboarding tour: Welcome, How It Works, and Personalize. Complete it in about 2 minutes or skip to jump straight in. After that, you’ll set up your profile.
Do I need a Google account?
Yes. BacPacAI uses Google Sign-In for authentication. This also enables one-click export to Google Docs.
Is it really free?
Yes! The trial includes 10 AI generations per day for 90 days. No credit card required.
Creating Content
What types of content can I create?
Lesson plans, assignments, handouts, and quizzes. The AI adapts the format based on your prompt and profile.
How does the Generate page work?
Select your content type, set Grade Level, Subject, and Duration, optionally enable IEP accommodations, then write your prompt (10–1,000 characters). Click “Generate” and your content is ready in 10–30 seconds.
What is IEP accommodation support?
The Generate page includes optional accommodation tags like Extended Time, Visual Aids, Simplified Language, and Chunked Instructions. Select any that apply and the AI weaves them into your generated content.
How many generations do I get per day?
Trial users get 10 generations per day. Your usage is shown in a quota bar on the dashboard. The count resets daily.
Exporting & Sharing
How do I export to PDF?
Open any lesson plan from your dashboard and click “Export PDF.” The file is generated in your browser and downloads automatically.
How do I export to Google Docs?
Click “Send to Google Docs” on any lesson plan. A formatted document is created in your Google Drive.
Can I edit the generated content?
Yes. Click “Edit” on any lesson plan to open the built-in editor. Save your changes when done.
Your Dashboard
What is the Dashboard?
Your Dashboard shows all generated content. Filter by type, search by title, and see your daily generation quota at the top.
What are Organizations?
Organizations are an enterprise feature that lets teams share a content library. If your school or company uses BacPacAI, you may receive an invite link to join. Organization management, shared templates, and admin reporting are available on the Enterprise plan.
Account & Troubleshooting
How do I update my profile?
Navigate to the Profile page. Update your name, role, grade level, subject preference, default duration, and bio. Changes improve future generated content.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact support@bacpacai.com to request account deletion.
The generation is taking too long.
Generation typically takes 10–30 seconds. If it exceeds a minute, refresh and try again. Check your internet connection if the issue persists.
I can’t sign in with Google.
Make sure you’re using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Clear your cache and cookies, then try again.
